Maintenance Home Inspection
Much like a medical check up for your body, a maintenance home inspection discovers issues as they develop. This allows property owners to be prepared for future expenses. For example, we can estimate the life expectancy of your roof, heating & cooling system, etc. We will also recommend unbiased repairs/upgrades to increase the comfort/enjoyment of your home while reducing your heating/cooling costs, give you maintenance tips, and answer questions to provide you with a better understanding of your home. This inspection is similar to a standard property inspection with the emphasis being on maintaining a sound property with less “headaches” and upgrade tips to improve your home from minimum or low-quality residential construction practices.
Pre-Renovation Home Inspection
You can reduce the chance of renovation headaches by finding out what you don’t know before you start. Our comprehensive report will give you objective information you need to create a better renovation design plan, and alert you to any structural, plumbing, heating, electrical, or other existing issues. We'll give you recommendations to increase comfort, reduce maintenance costs, and make your house more energy efficient by educating you on where you could build to higher standards. Because we don't profit or benefit in any way from our recommendations, we can truly advise you in an unbiased manner.
